1. Event & Catering Service Bookings

a. Cancellation Requests

  • 7 or more days before the event:
    Customers are eligible for a partial refund, subject to deduction of administrative or planning charges.
  • Less than 7 days before the event:
    No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this time frame, as significant arrangements would have already been made.

b. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 working days from the date of approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
  • SHRIBIR GLOBAL is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment gateway provider.

2. Return Policy (Digital & Custom Services)

Due to the personalized and service-based nature of our offerings (event planning, catering, decoration, etc.), returns are not applicable.

However, if you face any issue with the service quality or delivery, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the matter amicably and fairly.
